Club Awards

*

Rangers Netball Club believe it is important to acknowledge members of the club who contribute in a meaningful way but are not necessarily players, coaches or umpires. These awards are presented at the end of each season.

The Helen Chikritzhs Perpetual Trophy was established in 1998 and was named in honour of a founding member of Rangers Netball Club. Nominations for the Helen Chikritzhs Trophy can be made by any member of the club.

Senior and Junior Clubperson Awards were established in 2007 and are awarded to a Rangers player in each of the Open and Junior competitions. The Year 8 Clubperson Award was established in 2008. Nominations for these awards can also be made by any member of the club. The President’s Cup was established in 2007 and is awarded at the discretion of the current president of the club. The Coach of the Year award was established in 2012 to recognise the excellent contribution our coaches to Rangers Netball Club.
